Why go to therapy?
Life can feel overwhelming at times. Stressful transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, or substance use concerns can make it hard to move forward on your own. Talking with friends and family helps—but sometimes you need more.
Therapy provides a safe, confidential space to talk openly, gain perspective, and develop practical tools for change. Together, we can work to better understand your experiences, manage difficult emotions, and build healthier patterns.
You don’t have to navigate it alone. Support is available—and meaningful change is possible.

What’s My Approach To Therapy?
Like many therapists, my style is eclectic. I draw from several well-established approaches—including cognitive behavioral, family systems, Gestalt, and relational therapies—to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs. I am also a trauma-informed ally and bring that lens to all of my work.
I view therapy as a collaborative partnership. My clients and I work together as equals, with a shared commitment to helping you navigate your individual journey and create meaningful change.
My approach is active, engaged, and relationship oriented. Clients often describe me as down-to-earth, approachable, caring, and professional—with a good sense of humor. Most importantly, people tell me they feel comfortable, understood, and safe in our work together.
